Fishing Team Order Form

  • Kayak Order

    Please fill in your kayak order here. If a team member chooses a color preference on the form, it indicates that they intend to pay the $50 up-charge to secure that color of kayak. As such, a $50 up-charge will be applied to that order. Please note, even putting "Top Choices 1,2, and 3" will accrue a $50 up-charge. If you do not want the $50 up-charge, you must type 'no preference' under the Color Preference field and the $50 fee will not be applied. Team members may call in prior to ordering to check which colors are in blem-stock to also avoid an up-charge. Custom colors are $200 for team members. Complex blends may cost more. Solid colors, even if in year-model stock are considered custom colors and will accrue a $200 custom color charge. All Team kayaks are marked "BLEM".

  • Custom Color Kayaks

    Custom colors are $200 for team. If you want a custom color, describe the pattern you want. There is a place to upload example pictures of what you want. Please note, Jackson Kayak is not responsible for the outcome of the custom mix. When ordering a custom kayak, a team member is required to accept it "as-is".
  • Accessories

    This Fishing Team Kayak Order Form is also to be used for all accessory and soft goods orders. For the most current list of available accessories and soft goods, please visit https://store.jacksonkayak.com/. Team members will need to provide a description as provided of each item, along with the corresponding SKUs on the site. Please note, even if not ordering a kayak, team members will still order accessories and soft goods using this form.
    IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If shipping TO a dealer or having a dealer ship WITH their order, Team Members MUST ensure a dealer has agreed to have a kayak shipped to their location and to hold that kayak briefly until the Team Member can pick it up. Please note, shipping TO a dealer will NOT save you shipping charges. You will still be responsible for the full shipping rates posted in the "Shipping and Tax" document. If you choose to have a dealer ship your kayak WITH their order, you will still be responsible for the full shipping rates posted in the "Shipping and Taxes" document. Additionally, if a team member wishes to ship with a dealer, team members are advised to work with dealers in November and December each year. This timeline is before each season begins and will allow a team member to coordinate their individual kayak order with that dealer's spring order. Once team members establish that timeline, they are advised to order their kayaks 6 weeks prior to the dealer's shipment date. Jackson Kayak and dealers will not hold orders for a team member's kayak to be built. To reiterate, if shipping TO a dealer or having a dealer ship WITH their order, Team Members MUST ensure a dealer has agreed to have a kayak shipped to their location and to hold that kayak briefly until the Team Member can pick it up. This will require early and regular communication by the team member as indicated above. If Team Members have kayaks shipped to home, shipping costs accrued will be above and beyond the posted prices on the "Shipping and Taxes" document. Additionally, any Flex Drive model kayaks will apply significantly more cost (2-3x normal cost) for Team Members to ship to dealers, with dealer orders, or ship home. Team Members may pick up their kayaks at the factory to avoid shipping charges. Please note, all kayaks will be subject to a 9.25% tax when picking up kayak from factory, whether team or dealer picks them up.

  • Credit Card Info and Next Steps

    Thank you for your order. Once you receive your invoice via email, call Customer Service at 931.738.2800 ext. 1 with your confirmation number and give them your credit card info. Your order will not be processed until you do so. However, please wait until receiving an email invoice from Customer Service before calling in. This may take several days to process. Also, please do not call-in to inquire about your boat order. You will be notified via email a second time 4-6 weeks after order confirmation when it is ready for shipping.
