I have been a bass fisherman since I was a kid.  I began tournament fishing around the age of 15 through local bass clubs.  I learned a lot from many anglers during my time as a co-angler which helped to make me a well rounded angler.  In 2014 I began kayak fishing and then progressed to kayak tournament fishing a year later. Since then it’s become more than just a hobby, it’s an obsession.  I enjoy the competition but even more so the camaraderie that kayak anglers share. It’s a brotherhood that I am continuously excited to be a part of. I travel as much as possible to compete in tournaments in Kayak-Anglers, KBF, and River Bassin’ and I’ve been fortunate to have had some good success including 3 AOY titles with Kayak-Anglers and an AOY in River Bassin’.  The Susquehanna River would be considered my “home” waters since I do the vast majority of my fishing there when not traveling for tournaments. River smallmouth fishing is my passion. I also enjoy introducing anglers to the world of kayak fishing and helping new anglers in kayak tournament fishing. My hope is that this sport will continue to grow in a positive manner and that the brotherhood mentality of kayak fishing will be passed down from generation to generation.
